Aptaris makes system cameras suitable for accessories
A real innovation: The "Made in Germany" Cage System Aptaris makes system cameras suitable for accessories and enables professional results when filming and photographing.

Tailored for Nikon 1
The system is made to fit Nikon 1 cameras. The camera is simply mounted in the Aptaris cage via a 1/4 inch thread. A precisely fitting recess and a rubber coating on the camera plate ensure a non-slip grip. Thanks to various 1/4 inch threads on the sides and a 3/8 inch thread on the underside, a wide range of accessories, such as microphones or LED lights, can be attached.
Additional flexibility in use is provided by the adjustable handle, which can be mounted at the top, bottom or side as required. This also makes it possible to take low angle shots close to the ground. Of course you can also mount the Aptaris cage on a tripod. In any case, access to the battery compartment, memory card etc. remains unrestricted. Optionally you can extend the Aptaris-Cage with the suitable rod module (e.g. for Follow Focus), additional flash shoe adapters (accessory shoe) or also a separate L-angle for even more flexibility.
